"I've made a horrible mistake........"

I can't stand whining and crying at my house, and sometimes that leads to me making bad decisions. Addison was having some rough nights in her crib and for naps insisted on sleeping in her sisters "big girl" bed. So we thought that maybe taking off the side of her crib and turning it into her own "big girl" bed might solve the crying at bed time. Well, both Grace and Addison loved the novelty of it the first day and Addie sat and read books for 2 hours on it. Then I found her asleep on her sisters bed. It has only been a couple days and we can't decide if we should put the rail back on or leave it. I'm not loving the roaming at night when she gets restless, but Grace tries to keep her in line {which is a another story!!}

Oh, the drama of it all! I remember those crib/bed transitions with my kids, ugh! I know it doesn't seem like it, but it will pass and before you know it they will be teenagers that you can't get out of bed!

Sorry.
