I feel like Addison really changed once she turned 3. She is still stubborn and has her moments, but hey, so do I..... I am loving 3 on this kid so far. She is so cute and mom and dad can't get enough of her these days. Everything that comes out of her mouth is so cute. She is always wanting one of us to play "kitchen" with her- but don't ask for her favorite ice cream cone, she will insist you pick another one. She is so good at entertaining herself too. I love to listen to her conversations with her princesses and whatever it is that she is doing. She started dance class in January and is loving that, she is pretty cute in a leotard too. If you ask her her name she will reply "Addie Cakes" and may even correct you if you call her otherwise. I always find her with random snacks. She climbs onto the counter and helps herself to whatever she wants and puts in a little bowl. I am often greeted in the bathroom with a jug a of milk or orange juice- she can't just tell you she wants some, she has to get it out and bring it to me. Her "N's" still sound like "M" which makes NO coming out her mouth still cute.
There is a little story that goes along with these pictures. {I had just declared that 2010 would be better, nothing else we owned could break, I thought there was nothing left TO break}. I had tried once before to take some pictures, it was a beautiful sunshiney day so I got Addie all prettied up and off we went. I arrived at the spot and when I got out of the car I dropped my camera (in it's case) and didn't think too much about it. I pulled out my camera and it would not work. There were tears. After fretting all day I called canon and they had me do a series of adjustments, and it worked. I was so happy!! So the pictures below are from the second tirp. It was sunny, until we left the house....... and then a little girl decided it would be a good time to go #2 as soon as I got out my camera........
Enjoy!
She does have a pretty good pouty face!
We love you Addie Cakes.
