{STRANGE things}

This is a pretty random post- but there have been some strange happenings going on in our home the last couple nights. Most of the time I forget things that go on in the late(or early) hours around here. Yesterday Jonathan asked me if I sang "Rock-a-bye baby" in the middle of the night. It only took me a second to recall a certain little someone standing at my bed telling me they couldn't sleep. So in my most loving tone that I could have I told Grace to get back in bed. She told me she couldn't until I sang "Rock-a-bye baby" to her. So half asleep I sang to her.

Last night, someone woke me for who knows what..... and I remember I felt a little hungry. I saw some cake on the counter and decided that it would be a good idea to grab a bite before I went back to sleep. This is NEVER a good idea. I had heartburn so bad that night and the next day. Who does that??

Then....... over the weekend Jonathan said I woke him up in the middle of the night to give him his pillow back. He said ya- you said "don't you want your pillow back?" I laughed in a confused manner and told him no way I did that. He insisted I did. I did. That bugger is always throwing pillows around at night and they end up ON my face or IN my face and it wakes me. So as I removed the pillow from off my face and half under him he rolled over and gave me a dirty look-- to which I guess I asked if he wanted his pillow back, again in my most loving (sarcastic) tone that I could I'm sure.

Someday I will sleep well again, someday!!!
