Funny Story

Well it's a funny story now, didn't start out that way. I sent Jonathan to the store......... He came home with 4 bags of popsicles!!! My first question was "where are you going to put all of these, my freezer is full!?" I had just made freezer jam, and had to re arrange the whole freezer just to get those to fit. My second question was "what the hell??" okay, not so much a question... Anyways, he spent the next hour squeezing every last popsicle into that freezer. After a while I could tell that he felt a little silly, and I just started laughing. I told him I was going to swear at him every time I opened the freezer. Poor guy can't pass up a good deal!! It has been a month now, and I still have to move several popsicles a day to access anything in the freezer, even to get to the ice box, and they fall out on me all the time! I have even found some stray popsicles in other frozen food boxes!
Lets just say Jonathan keeps it entertaining around here and I love the guy for it, and the girls have been enjoying lots and lots of popsicles.
Speaking of Mister "good deal" Jonathan, he uses some phone number he made up at Safeway to get their discount and now he uses it every time he goes because this person spends so much money that we get cheap gas now! Is that okay?? {You can call him Mrs. LeBlanc, or Cecille like the cashiers do!!}

The Safeway Cahiers call me Dana Adams!!!!!!

Jonathan is as bad as my friend who got 16 pounds of red grapes because they were only 25 cents a pound. Good deal, but what in the heck are you going to do with that many grapes!!

I totally feel for ya! My dude has the same problem. He doesn't get that just because it's a good deal, it doesn't mean we have room for it. If I wasn't here to keep him in check, I wonder if our house would look like one of those horder's houses that you see on Oprah!

Ha Ha. My problem is that Max eats all the Popsicles and I can not keep them in the freezer, and then he blames the kids for eating them all. I find the wrappers by his chair (sound familiar, DELBERT!) The girls are so cute.
Hey speaking of using phone numbers, I never go to Von's (Safeway) so i do not have a card there, but when i had to go in to get 1 thing and it was on sale if you had "the" card, i used mom and dads number and it worked. So no harm, it is not like he is taking money from them. Just reaping the rewards of someone else spending a lot of money!
love and miss you
