She has a few sayings that I constantly hear throughout the day.
"I can't, I'm too tired!"
For those of you who know me really well, know what the phrase "parking your bike" means. Grace has come up with her own version, but it is just as effective. Her reply to anything she is not interested in doing is "I'm too tired!" Whether it be as simple as putting panties on! It is amusing to hear her uses for it. When I ask her if I can brush her hair, its "I can't, I'm too tired." *As soon as I finished typing this entry I asked Grace to turn off the TV and her reply was, "I can't, I'm too tired." I'm telling you, I hear this all day long!
"...............or something."
This is her other favorite. She uses this to complete almost every sentence. "Mom I need a treat, or something." "I think I need my dress up, or something" or " I need to go poop, or something." That is just a few of her uses for this one. My favorite is when she combines the two, "I can't, I'm too tired or something". Jonathan and I can't help but giggle at her when she says these things.
